Britney Spears shared pictures and video from a rare public outing with her two adult sons, Sean Preston Federline, 21, and Jayden James Federline, 20, on her Instagram on Wednesday (Oct. 7). In a sweet pic, Spears can be seen posing between the two young men, who tower over her, in front of the sign at Dolly Parton’s beloved Dollywood resort in Pigeon Forge, Tenn.

“Wow wow!!! I didn’t know this place existed, so incredibly cool and exciting,” Spears, 44, wrote of the 165-acre amusement park and resort the late country icon took over and rebranded in 1986. The singer was pictured wearing a short blue skirt, flip-flops, a red-and-white striped shirt and a white surgical mask, while the boys rocked baggy jeans and white T-shirts, with Britney lamenting that it was “extremely hot and my skirt is too big for me.”

She rejoiced, however, in “family outings!!!” and proclaimed that “DOLLYWOOD IS ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE!!! 🌹🌹🌹” She also shared a sped-up video of her spinning around on a ride while holding on to Jayden’s arm and squealing in a helium-like voice, “Jayden, I feel kinda sick now, what if I throw up? What if I s–t on myself? I’m gettin’ old, ya know? I’m gettin’ old! F–k! Oh my God!,” as well as another one where she is happily freaking out on a spinny ride. Elsewhere, she uploaded video of her walking through the colorful amusement park, where she spots a sky-high chair-spin ride and worries about what would happen if she “s–t on myself” while riding it.

Parton, who died at 80 on Aug. 25 following a short battle with cancer, made her final appearance at the park she took over and rebranded in 1986 earlier this year for its March 13 opening ceremony. Following her death, the park confirmed that it would remain open and carry on in a manner that would have made Dolly proud.

“With heavy hearts, the Dollywood family mourns the passing of our beloved Dreamer-in-Chief, Dolly Parton,” read a message from the park. “Everyone at Dollywood shares the sorrow of countless people around the world touched by Dolly’s warmth, wisdom and generous spirit. Dolly’s heartfelt wish was that Dollywood always remain a place of joy, hope and togetherness — a space where families and friends could honor her memory, not with silence, but with laughter, music and shared dreams. Dolly’s enduring legacy extends beyond her music and generosity to her remarkable work ethic — an inspiration to people everywhere.”

In May, Spears — who has effectively retired from her music career — posted about the spiritual nature of snakes, calling them “symbolic of good health, higher consciousness, and pure luck,” before adding, “I’m so damn thankful to my friends and so many new beautiful people I have met through my spiritual journey.”

It was her first public comment since a DUI arrest earlier this year that led to a three-week stay in a rehab facility in the case in which she was sentenced to a year of probation thanks to a plea deal following her March 4 DUI arrest in Ventura County, Calif.
